Information Deletion and Retention

Retention of Personal Information
We retain Personal Information including Basic Information, APPUse Information, Camera Information, Image Information, Approximate Location Information, Installed Application Information, Device Information, Read Phone State Information, Answer Phone Calls Information, Read Call Log Information, Contact list and SMS Information.
We retain the user’s Personal Information for the following purposes:
a. Information is still necessary for our services and for a reasonable time after completion of services.
b. Information is required in order to comply with any legal and regulatory obligations.
c. Disposal of Personal Information that is no longer necessary for our services will be performed securely and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Deletion of Personal Information
If you want to stop using our service and delete your personal information, it can be done in the following three ways:
a. You can delete your personal information directly on the app by following the steps below.
(1) Login to your account through entering OTP.
(2) Enter the account page, click to enter the "Delete individual data" area.
(3) Select and click the delete button, and then click the confirmation button that pops up to delete personal information.
b. You can ask us to delete your personal information.
Please send us a request email to delete personal information at ph@webcreditcash.com, we will complete your request within five days.
c. You can wait for us to automatically delete your personal information.
When you stop using our services for more than 12 months, we will automatically delete your personal information.
If you still have outstanding bills, you will not be allowed to delete your personal information.
Only when all your bills have been settled can you successfully delete your personal information through the above three ways.
