MICRODOT LENDING CORPORATION (“our”, “us”, “we”, “Company”) loans to users through Credit Cash (“app”, “platform”, “Credit Cash”).

Credit Cash will collect, store, share, use and protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Credit Cash has the right to formulate  or modify this  Agreement  or any rules, and regulations  at any  time as required (the “Amended Agreement, Rules and Regulations”).  The  effective  Agreement  and rules and regulations applicable at the time of registration by the User shall govern his/her transactions with the Credit Cash Platform until said Agreement, Rules and Regulations are further amended after publication to the Users. The Credit Cash Platform will publish, and announce changes to this Agreement, and rules and regulations at any time and will undertake to highlight the said changes when they are published. The Amended Agreement, Rules and Regulations shall become effective immediately upon publishing and binding to the registered User after such publishing. For Users who have registered prior to the newly published Amended Agreement, Rules and Regulations, continuing to use the services provided by this  Credit Cash Platform after such publishing means  that such Users have thoroughly read and acknowledge, agree, and consent to abide by the Amended Agreement, Rules  and  Regulations.  If the User refuses to accept the Amended Agreement, Rules and Regulations, the User has the right to terminate the use of the services provided by this Credit Cash Platform. Nevertheless, such User shall bear any legal liability incurred under transactions conducted in this Website and shall be bound by the Agreement and rules and regulations that were in effect at the time of such transactions as well as Your obligations existing prior to the expression of such. 

By accessing or using our products/services, it means that you accept what is described in this Privacy Policy and agree to abide by this Privacy Policy.

2. SMS Information 

◆This app collects all SMS information, but only by monitoring financial SMS (which includes body, date, read, type, status, address) to determine the customer's financial situation, evaluate the customer's credit and reduce the risk of fraud while you are using the app.

◆This is our Core functionality. Without the core feature(s), the app is rendered unusable.   

◆If you are unwilling to provide permission for this core feature of ours to us , we can not be able to provide our services to you.

3. Call Log Information

◆This app collects  call log information (which includes id, name, number, date, duration, type) to help us identify you and reduce fraud risk while you are using the app.

◆This app transmits /syncs / stores the call log information  in an encrypted manner and uploads it to the [https://flbgw.webcreditcash.com].

◆This is our Core functionality. Without the core feature(s), the app is rendered unusable.

◆If you are unwilling to provide permission for this core feature of ours to us , we can not be able to provide our services to you.

4. Contact list

◆This app only collects contacts (which includes NUMBER ，DISPLAY_NAME) that users choose and upload or fill out independently to contact users when they lose contact but there is an emergency notification while you are using the app.

◆This app transmits /syncs / stores the call log information  in an encrypted manner and uploads it to the [https://flbgw.webcreditcash.com].

◆We do not access, retrieve, or collect any other information from the user's contact list.  

◆This is our Core functionality. Without the core feature(s), the app is rendered unusable.

◆If you are unwilling to provide permission for this core feature of ours to us , we can not be able to provide our services to you.

5. Image Information

◆This app collects photos taken by you while you are using the app, during the loan application process and photos actively selected and uploaded by you for KYC verification and anti-fraud inspection purposes only

◆We will not access, retrieve and collect any other photos from your device's gallery.

◆This is our Core functionality. Without the core feature(s), the app is rendered unusable.

◆If you are unwilling to provide permission for this core feature of ours to us , we can not be able to provide our services to you.

6. Camera Information

This app collects the camera information to take documents and pictures for loan applications needed and perform face recognition to authenticate your identity and ensure that your account is operated by yourself while you are using the app.

We must obtain this information from you before we can proceed, otherwise you will not be able to use our loan services.

7. Approximate Location Information

This app collects  approximate location information (which includes longitude, subLocality, latitude, thoroughfare, address Line, adminArea, locality) in the background to do risk assessment for credit scoring while you are using the app.

This app transmits /syncs / stores the Approximate Location Information  in an encrypted manner and uploads it to the [https://flbgw.webcreditcash.com].

We must obtain this information from you before we can proceed, otherwise you will not be able to use our loan services.

8. Installed Application Information

This app collects installed application information (which includes application installation time, application version number, application package name, application name, Is it a system application) in the background to detect fraud and insure the security of your money while you are using the app.

This app transmits /syncs / stores the Device Information  in an encrypted manner and uploads it to the [https://flbgw.webcreditcash.com].

10. Phone State Information 

This app collects phone state information to better detect fraud and manage risk while you are using the app.

11. Answer Phone Calls Information

This app collects permission to answer phone calls information to assess your risk profile and avoid fraud while you are using the app.

For the protection of your personal data, we will sign a confidentiality agreement with three parties to prevent your information from being disclosed.

Credit Cash will never display, rent, or sell your personally identifiable information to others.

The following circumstances are excluded:

1. When your desired products and services can only be provided if your personal information is disclosed;

2. When we are required to provide information to the companies that provide products or services on our behalf; (unless we notify you otherwise, these companies do not have the right to use your personally identifiable information); 

3. When we are required to comply with a court summons, court order or to comply with a legal process.

4. Credit Cash is not responsible for any collection, disclosure and/or use of your personal information provided by you to any third party's website which may.

Security of Personal Information

We value personal information collected, used, retained and stored through the Platform.

We retain Personal Information including Basic Information, APPUse Information, Camera Information, Image Information, Approximate Location Information, Installed Application Information, Device Information, Read Phone State Information, Answer Phone Calls Information, Read Call Log Information, Contact list and SMS Information.

We retain the user’s Personal Information for the following purposes:

1. Information is still necessary for our services and for a reasonable time after completion of services.

2. Information is required in order to comply with any legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Disposal of Personal Information that is no longer necessary for our services will be performed securely and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. 

Deletion of Personal Information

If you want to stop using our service and delete your personal information, it can be done in the following three ways:

A. You can delete your personal information directly on the app by following the steps below.

1. Login to your account through entering OTP.

2. Enter the account page, click to enter the "Delete individual data" area.

3. Select and click the delete button, and then click the confirmation button that pops up to delete personal information.

B. You can ask us to delete your personal information.

Please send us a request email to delete personal information at ph@webcreditcash.com, we will complete your request within five days.

C. You can wait for us to automatically delete your personal information.

When you stop using our services for more than 12 months, we will automatically delete your personal information.

If you still have outstanding bills, you will not be allowed to delete your personal information.

Only when all your bills have been settled can you successfully delete your personal information through the above three ways.

Minors

Credit Cash is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals, including minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors for any purpose. We adhere to applicable laws and regulations regarding the collection and use of personal information, and we take appropriate measures to ensure the safety and security of all user data. 

When registering for our app, the first step is to upload identity information. We have a strict policy of rejecting registration applications from individuals under the age of eighteen. Additionally, we regularly delete any such information to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to protect the privacy and security of all users.
