Credit Cash's developer, MICRODOT LENDING CORPORATION (SEC Registration Number: CS201951287 & Certificate of Authority Number: 2921), respects and protects the privacy of its users.

MICRODOT LENDING CORPORATION (“our”, “us”, “we”, “Company”) loans to users through Credit Cash (“app”, “platform”, “Credit Cash”).

These Terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to this platform. We hereby remind you to carefully read and understand these Terms. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Your use of this platform and any dispute arising out of such use of the platform is subject to the laws of the Philippines.

To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to change these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

Use of App

The Credit Cash App is available only to persons with legal capacity to contract. Persons who do not possess this characteristic, minors, or Credit Cash users who have been temporarily suspended or expressly disqualified may not use the app.

When creating an account, the user must complete the registration in all its fields with valid personal information in order to be able to use the services provided by Credit Cash.

The user must complete it with his/her personal information in an exact, precise and true way, but Credit Cash is NOT responsible for the certainty of the personal information provided by its users.

The users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal information entered.

The user will access his/her personal account ("Account") by entering OTP. The user promises not to share OTP with anyone. The Account is personal, unique and non-transferable, and it is prohibited that the same user registers or possesses more than one Account. In case Credit Cash detects different Accounts that contain coincident or related data, it is able to cancel, suspend or disable them.

The user will be responsible for all the operations carried out in his Account, since the access to the same is restricted to the entry and use of the OTP, of the user. The user undertakes to immediately notify Credit Cash, by appropriate and reliable means, of any unauthorized use of his account, as well as of any access to his account by unauthorized third parties. It is expressly forbidden to sell, assign or transfer accounts under any name.

The Credit Cash reserves the right to terminate the services and your use of the platform without being obliged to communicate or explain the reasons for its decision and without this generating any compensation or indemnification.

Privacy Policy

Termination and Suspension

Without prejudice to other measures, Credit Cash may warn, temporarily or permanently deactivate a user's account, impose sanctions that adversely affect the user's reputation, take such action as it deems appropriate and/or suspend the provision of its services if: (a) it violates any law, or any provision of the General Terms and Conditions and other Credit Cash policies; (b) it violates its commitments as a user; ( c) an act of fraud, as determined by Credit Cash, occurs; (d) the identity of the user cannot be verified or any information provided by the user is incorrect; (e) Credit Cash believes that public statements or other conduct may result in liability for the user who posted them.

Limitation of Liability

All content and services provided on the platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Credit Cash expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and security and accuracy, as well as all warranties arising by usage of trade, course of dealing, or course of performance. Credit Cash makes no warranty, and expressly disclaims any obligation, that: (a) the content will be up-to-date, complete, comprehensive, accurate or applicable to my circumstances; (b) the platform will meet my requirements or will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis; (c) the results that may be obtained from the use of the platform will be accurate or reliable; or (d) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by me through the Credit Cash will meet my expectations.

Disclaimer

Credit Cash is not responsible for any damage or loss caused to the user as a result of a failure of the system, server or Internet.

Credit Cash is also not responsible for any virus that may infect the user's equipment as a result of accessing, using or examining its platform or as a result of any transmission of data, files, images, text or audio, and any other information sent using digital means.

Credit Cash is not attributed any responsibility or claim payment for lost profits due to technical difficulties or failures on the system or on the Internet.

The system may eventually become unavailable due to technical difficulties or failures on the Internet, or due to any other circumstances beyond Credit Cash's control; in such case, we will re-establish it as soon as possible, but without any liability.

Credit Cash will not be liable for any errors or omissions in its platform.

Intellectual Property

The content related to the Credit Cash Services and the programs, databases, networks, files that allow users to access and use their accounts are the property of Credit Cash and are therefore protected by international copyrights, trademarks, patents, models and industrial designs. Improper use and reproduction, in whole or in part, of such content is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Credit Cash.

Violations

No action or use of equipment, software or other means to interfere with the activities and operations of Credit Cash and its databases will be permitted. Any act, attempt or activity that violates intellectual property laws and the prohibitions set forth in this Terms will subject the person responsible to the relevant legal liabilities and sanctions foreseen in this Terms, as well as to the compensation of the damages caused.
